Jinhuan’s efficiency | Within 40 days, Jinhuan successfully executed a structural steel building contract-building #111 in Gaocheng new campus of Shijiazhuang Information Engineering College.

The New Campus (Phase I) #111 building project of Shijiazhuang Information Engineering Vocational College, which Jinhuan Construction Group served as contractor of steel structure production and installation, passed the final inspection and completion of acceptance on April 17th, 2020. Despite the epidemic impact and prevention restriction placed by the government, Jinhuan put great efforts to minimize the influence and managed to deliver on time. Finally, it took us only 40 days to finish all factory production and installation work. And among the 40 days, 30 days (starting from March 10th) was used to finish the site erection of the main steel structure.

Total construction area of the project is 473,000 m2 including prefabricated construction 220,000 m2, which bring the prefabricated and assembly ratio up to 50%. Jinhuan was granted with the contract of steel structure fabrication and installation for building no. 111 with total construction area 26,079 square meters. The form of the building is steel frame structure, 4 floors above ground (partially 5 floors) in conjunction with 3 floors corridor. Major steel components include 396 box steel columns, 2200 H steel beams, 214 ladder column ladder beams, and 25,000 m2 floor plate.
